Cause

- Équipement HS ayant généré un problème technique sur le service FTP

Actions :

Intervention sur site : redémarrage de l'équipement HS
Service FTP relancé
Amélioration du fichier de configuration du service FTP.

- Device HS inducing a failure of FTP server

Action :

Intervention on DataCenter : Power off / Power on of the device HS
Restarting of the FTP service
upgrade setting file for the service FTP
