L'envoi des journaux par email est de nouveau opérationnel.

Nous rencontrons actuellement un incident sur le service "Journaux"
L'ensemble des journaux délivrés par mail non pas été envoyés ce jour 22/09/2022
Aucun impact sur le dépôt des journaux sur le serveur FTP
La solution de contournement consiste à rééditer les journaux manquants depuis le back office
La réédition est une option disponible dans l'onglet Paramétrage /boutique/Journaux
Le service sera à nouveau nominal dès demain.

We are currently experiencing an in incident on the service " Report"
Any report doesn't sent today
No impact on the service FTP, all reports were uploaded to server FTP .
The workaround is to use the feature "regeneration of reports from the back office.
Regeneration of reports is a feature availaible from the tab Setting/Shop/Reports
The service will be again up tomorrow
